2.1. We obtain personal data about you when:

(a) You OR your employer OR our clients engages us to provide our services and also during the provision of those services;

(b) details of contact we have had with you in relation to the provision, or the proposed provision, of our services;

(c) provide you with information related to our services and our events and activities that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, provided you have consented to be contact for such purposes;

(d) seek you thoughts and options on the services we provide; and

(e) notify you about any changes to our services.

5.1. We will share your personal data with third parties where we are required by law, where it is necessary to administer the relationship between us or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so.

5.2. “Third parties” includes third-party service providers and other entities within our group. The following activities are carried out by third-party service providers: IT and cloud services, administration services, marketing services and banking services.

(a) You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

8. Transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

8.1. We may transfer the personal data we collect about you to countries outside of the EEA.

8.2. On occasion we may use MailChimp as a means to contact you about important information. This will involve some of your personal data (name and email address) being transferred outside the EEA to the United States. MailChimp certifies to the Privacy Shield framework.

9.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data and have appropriate technical and organisational measures in please to make sure that happens.

9.2. You acknowledge that the transmission of unencrypted (or inadequately encrypted) data over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

9.3. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and you notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
